I look forward to the outcome of my submission,optamisticaly with a bit of pesesamism. However I am a " the glass is half empty " type. I am exited to hear how it goes. can't wait !! Does it have some meaning unknown to me (and Webster) or is it a coined term (the meaning of which is obscure to we out of the know)? If it is, as I surmise, an error its repeated use (clearly not just a typo) is an embarrassment to the city and to potential participants. What gives?
